The Living Room Cafe in La Jolla

1205 Prospect St, La Jolla, CA 92037

The Living Room Cafe is letting us shoot for a three hour window in the morning. Normally their private rooms alone cost $500/hour just to reserve. They are generously allowing us to shoot here at such a discounted rate in an effort to help spread the word about their new location and bring patronage however we can. There will likely be a few patrons in the morning so please be respectful of their space while shooting.

Entry Fee $30

This event is ticketed! Please be sure to secure your spot for this shoot! My Venmo @Lissa-Haby . Alternative methods of payment are available as well, please message me if you need ApplePay, Cashapp, or Zelle.

Are Lighting Rigs Allowed?

Per the establishment: Preferably not but if you need lights, please keep them to a minimum. There are many fragile items in this venue in addition to possible patrons. Please be extremely cautious when using any large items and try and be respectful to those around you. You will be responsible for replacing any damaged items.

Which Spaces Do We Have Access To?

We will be allowed to shoot inside

• the main area cafe itself
• the private wine room (lots of fragile items here, please be mindful!)
• the back bar room
• the stage
• the red hallway

Update: We are not allowed to shoot past the hallway into the elevator areas, per management. Sorry!

We are also not allowed to shoot in the bathrooms. Although they are lovely, per mgmt they are to remain private. You are allowed to use them, but not shoot in them.
